Your role: Create value for Telenor’s business in the ISIT category
You’ll join the Nordic Procurement organisation and take responsibility in the ISIT category – including hardware, software, consulting services, and digital infrastructure across our Nordic Business Units. We’re currently improving our procurement foundation, and you’ll play a key role in shaping how we work across countries, systems and suppliers.

Your main responsibilities include managing sourcing projects end-to-end, building stakeholder relationships, and ensuring performance and compliance across suppliers and agreements. Together with your colleagues, you’ll also drive continuous improvement in cost-efficiency, quality and risk mitigation – and help embed sustainability and innovation in everything we do.

You’ll be based either in Aalborg or Copenhagen and collaborate closely with local teams and central units across Telenor. You will be a part of a procurement transformation building our Nordic Procurement organization.

What you bring: Procurement acumen, stakeholder focus, and curiosity
To thrive in this role, we expect you to have experience within ISIT procurement or relevant commercial/technical roles. You’re structured, strategic and value-driven – and you enjoy collaborating across functions, cultures and markets. Ideally, you’ve worked with sourcing in areas of the ISIT category and are skilled at managing negotiations, contracts, and complex stakeholder dialogue.

We imagine you can relate to several of the following:

• You have practical experience with strategic sourcing in IT, such as software, hardware or services
• You understand the balance between commercial value, compliance and stakeholder needs
• You enjoy working across countries and departments and build solid partnerships
• You’re comfortable navigating legal frameworks, risk and supplier KPI’s
• While English is the primary working language in the role, it’s a clear advantage if you understand and can express yourself in Danish or another Scandinavian language, especially when engaging with local stakeholders.
